Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the product under the following conditions:

Items must be full, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please email us at Sales@thefrenchparfumerie.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, we're here to help:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

We will cover all shipping costs related to the replacement.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to assist in processing your claim.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

A full refund will be issued for eligible products (excluding original shipping fees).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
