Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to The French Parfumerie. We’re committed to offering premium quality products and a shopping experience you can trust. Please take a moment to review our return and refund guidelines.

Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the product under the following conditions:

  • Items must be full, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please email us at Sales@thefrenchparfumerie.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, we're here to help:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

  • We will cover all shipping costs related to the replacement.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to assist in processing your claim.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A full refund will be issued for eligible products (excluding original shipping fees).

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
